Brian Ruelas

Brian Ruelas joined Thompson, Guildner & Associates, Inc., P.S. in May 2026 after graduating with his Juris Doctorate from Willamette University School of Law. In addition to receiving his Juris Doctorate, he received a Business Law Certificate. Brian grew up in San Diego and received his B.A. in Political Science and Global Studies from CSU San Marcos. During his time at Willamette, he was elected to the role of Treasurer for the Student Bar Association, served as Treasurer for the LatinX Law Student Association, and served as President for the Sports Law Society. He also participated in the University’s Criminal Defense and Immigration Clinics. Brian plans to sit for the Washington State Bar Exam in July 2026. He currently works as a Paralegal and assists our attorneys with municipal project work.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys going to community events, such as local farmers markets, and attending Mariners and Kraken games. He is an avid golfer and disc golfer.
