  • Lisa Powers

    Legal Investigator

    Lisa Powers joined the firm as a legal investigator in September 2022. Lisa works with our attorneys and clients directly and brings her expertise from a career in law enforcement to sensitive matters that require the highest levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and detail. She is an experienced investigator that has led investigations into bank robberies, sexual assaults, burglaries, thefts, assaults, fraud, crimes involving children, and homicides.

  • Dan Curtis

    Legal Intern

    Dan Curtis works as a Legal Intern for Thompson, Guildner & Associates. Dan is studying for his Juris Doctorate at the University of Idaho College of Law, class of 2025. Dan graduated from Washington State University cum luade with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy with a minor in Ethics and Spanish.

  • Mara

    Law Clerk

    Mara joined the Firm in September 2021 as a Paralegal. As of January 2023, she is now a Law Clerk under Washington Supreme Court’s Admission and Practice Rule (APR) 6. Mara has a B.A. from Western Washington University (2020) and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Rasmussen University (2021). Mara assists our attorneys in litigation matters, estate planning & probate, and fulfilling public records requests.

    Billing Specialist

    Karen joined the firm in 2002. She is a Legal Assistant with over 30 years’ experience in the legal field. Karen serves as our Billing Specialist and works closely with clients and the attorneys to ensure accurate and timely billing. Karen also assists our attorneys with municipal and private client paralegal work.

  • Lisa F.

    Business Development Coordinator

    Lisa joined the firm in November 2021 as our Business Development Coordinator. She previously worked in the community association management industry and in local municipal government. Lisa manages our marketing and business operations, and assists attorneys with municipal paralegal work. She works fully remotely from out-of-state.
