Dan Curtis

Dan Curtis works as a Licensed Legal Intern for Thompson, Guildner & Associates. Dan is studying for his Juris Doctorate at the University of Idaho College of Law, class of 2025. Dan graduated from Washington State University cum luade with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy with a minor in Ethics and Spanish. His primary interest is in environmental regulatory law, and during the summer of 2023 Dan assisted our clients with research related to the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permitting, and other similar municipal regulations from the Washington State Department of Ecology. Dan performs paralegal work for our municipal clients primarily related to litigation matters and policy document drafting. Dan is approved as a Rule 9 intern licensed by the Washington State Bar Association and the State Supreme Court and is able to practice under the supervision of the managing partners.
