Thom Graafstra

Thom (“Tom”) Graafstra is one of the founding Partners of Weed, Graafstra & Associates, now Thompson, Guildner & Associates, Inc., P.S. The firm is privileged to retain Thom’s services as an of Counsel attorney. Thom works remotely from his home office in Montana. Thom’s practice focuses on all areas of municipal law — including land use, open public meetings, public records, and tort and litigation defense. Thom also represents private clients in real estate and commercial matters. He was admitted to practice in Washington State in 1976, the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington, in 1977, and Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit, in 1996.
